Cavaliers Announce the 2019 Color Guard Team

(ROSEMONT, Ill.) – The Cavaliers Drum & Bugle Corps is proud to announce our 2019 Color Guard Educational Team, under the direction of Travis Speice.
"We are so excited for Travis Speice returns for his seventh year as Color Guard Caption Manager and his tenth year with the corps,” said Michael Vaughn, Corps Director.
Speice’s team includes CJ McCrory, who takes on the role of Color Guard Coordinator, and the color guard design team, which includes the talents of Tommy Allen, Blake Dutton and Geoff Longo.
"The continuity with our color guard team over the years has fostered a consistent, demanding and rewarding experience for our membership here at The Cavaliers," Vaughn said. "Travis and his staff will once again develop some of the best performers and future educators over the course of this season, and we're looking forward to sharing more about The Cavaliers 2019 Color Guard with fans across the country!"
Travis Speice is elated to work with this gifted staff for the 2019 season.
"This team of educators are experts in their craft and have a long-standing history of working at top-tier programs," Speice said. "We're intensely dedicated to education and providing our members with an environment to be successful in tackling new and demanding challenges."
The Color Guard Team is composed of the talents of Lindsey Flowers, Carlos Herrera, Zach Kukla, Ethan Marcus, Darren Martin, Kim Rogowski and Andrew Seebaran.
"The Cavaliers Color Guard will be prepared to entertain audiences, achieve excellence in performance and bring the 2019 production to life in a big way with this foundation and developmental support," Speice said. "I'm excited to see what this group of educators and members will accomplish together this summer!"

The Cavaliers were founded in 1948 from Boy Scout Troop 111 by the late Don Warren. One of the most successful drum and bugle corps in history, The Cavaliers have won 20 national championships, including seven Drum Corps International world championships, since 1992.
