Jackson Esco brings a diverse background in the marching arts as both a performer and educator, with experience spanning drum corps, winter guard, and scholastic programs. As a performer, Jackson marched with Santa Clara Vanguard and Paramount, developing a deep appreciation for excellence, innovation, and performer-centered design.

As an educator, Jackson has taught and mentored students across multiple high school and independent programs, focusing on strong fundamentals, musicality, and creating meaningful rehearsal environments that challenge performers while supporting their growth as individuals. His teaching philosophy centers on clarity, consistency, and fostering a culture where performers feel empowered to take risks and grow.
