Cheryl Harris, PhD, is an accomplished human resources executive and thought leader with a passion for unlocking organizational potential. She currently serves as the Vice President of People Growth at Reece USA in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and brings over two decades of experience to her role. Cheryl specializes in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Change Management, and Strategic Transformation. Known for her practical and innovative approach, she is a trusted advisor and an expert in connecting teams, systems, and strategies to drive results. In addition to her corporate leadership, she an Adjunct Professor at Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.

Cheryl’s career journey includes over 12 years with American Airlines, where she held leadership roles in Talent and Organization Development, as well as experience as a consultant across various organizations. Cheryl holds a BA in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin and a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Texas. Recognized as an HR Rising Star, she is also a certified expert in multiple assessment tools and has authored influential publications on team collaboration and organizational effectiveness. Her career is further enriched by a sabbatical that allowed her to explore global cultures and perspectives.
