Lee Allman

Lee Allman is a freelance music educator based in Indianapolis, IN where he works at Avon High School. He is the front ensemble arranger and instructor for the marching band and indoor drumline. From 2019-2022 Lee served as the Percussion Director. During that time, the drumline won the WGI Scholastic World Championship in 2022.

Lee currently instructs the front ensemble at The Cavaliers. His past drum corps teaching experience includes the Crossmen, Carolina Crown, and the Troopers. Additionally, he is a front ensemble instructor at Rhythm X.

An experienced arranger, ensembles Lee has arranged for include The University of Alabama Million Dollar Band, the Yokohama Inspires, Union HS, James Logan HS, and the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps. 

Lee is a graduate from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University where he holds a bachelor’s degree in music. He is a proud endorser of Innovative Percussion, Avedis Zildjian, and Tama-Bergerault.
