Evan Stoddard
Evan Stoddard began his Drum Corps journey in 2016 as a baritone player with the Troopers Drum & Bugle Corps, where he marched for four seasons before joining the Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps for three more, ultimately aging out in 2023. Throughout his seven-year tenure, he performed as a soloist and served as the baritone section leader and horn sergeant at both corps. In his final years with the Cadets he was awarded Brass Rookie of the Year, MVP, and Outstanding Cadet.
Following his age-out, Evan began his drum corps teaching career as a Low Brass Technician with Genesis Drum & Bugle Corps in 2024. Beyond drum corps, he has also worked with high school ensembles in Colorado and Virginia, and studied Euphonium under Roger Behrend. A graduate of the University of Colorado-Boulder, Evan is now pursuing a Master’s in Civil Engineering and plans to commission as an officer in the U.S. Air Force upon completing his degree.
