The Cavaliers Welcome 2025 Visual Leadership

ROSEMONT, IL - The Cavaliers are thrilled to welcome back three alumni to lead the visual program in 2025. Each of these leaders marched with The Cavaliers and later returned as instructors, bringing a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the corps’ legacy to their roles. Levi Chavis joins as Visual Caption Supervisor, with Jeremy Seneca as Caption Manager and Randil Jeffreys as Assistant Caption Manager.

Levi Chavis is a nationally recognized band clinician, consultant, and adjudicator, working with programs across the United States. He has 15 years of experience as a successful band director in Texas, leading his programs to consistently place as finalists in Bands of America and state band contests. Levi marched with The Cavaliers from 2002-2004. He then served on The Cavaliers brass staff from 2006-2009, later going on to be the Assistant Visual Caption Manager at Santa Clara Vanguard from 2010-2015. He was most recently the Ensemble Coordinator at the Madison Scouts for the 2022-2023 seasons.

Jeremy Seneca is a highly experienced drill designer and marching band educator with over 13 years of experience working with top programs across the US. Most recently, he has coordinated visual design and instruction curriculums for notable high schools in Plano and Colleyville, TX, and has served as the drill designer for the Blue Knights. He marched in The Cavaliers from 2006 - 2008, then worked on the visual staff from 2009-2014 alongside Michael Gaines and Andy Toth. He has also taught Pacific Crest and Music City drum corps, and has designed and implemented visual programs for numerous successful high school and drum corps ensembles.

Randil Jeffreys is a full-time drill designer, marching band instructor, private lesson instructor, and adjudicator/clinician in Fort Worth, TX. He has designed for and taught marching bands, indoor groups, and collegiate marching bands across the US. A former marching member with The Cavaliers between 2003 and 2008, Randil has since served in educational caption leadership roles at The Cavaliers, Colt Cadets, the Blue Knights, and Music City. Randil holds a Masters of Arts in Brass Performance from the University of Iowa.
