Nomination Letter:
Fred & Marlene Miller and their FJM family have been designing and providing uniforms and costuming to The Cavaliers and all of the programs of the organization for 40 years, since 1983. Working closely with our Program Design, uniform maintenance, and organization management since that time they have been one of our longest standing strategic partners. With principal designer and Honorary Cavalier Michael Cesario and the FJM manufacturing team, they have lovingly guided the brand and identity of The Cavaliers through 7 DCI World Championships, an evolution of designs and worldwide exposure.

Throughout this storied history there have always been two constants: 1) when we exit the tunnel to take the field there never has been any confusion about who we are, and 2) the friendship of the Miller family and the love & pride of the team at FJM, Inc. in always making The Cavaliers the best-looking unit on any field. With the ownership and love that they have shown to generations of Cavaliers, they are incredibly deserving of this prestigious award.
