Rudy Hernandez

Rodolfo “Rudy” Hernandez Jr. is a music educator from Edinburg, Texas. His journey in music began with percussion at a very young age, and has since flourished into a passion for education. 

Rudy was a member of Revolution Drum & Bugle Corps’s percussion section in 2011 where he was under the instruction of Carlos Botello, Maverick Peterson, and David LaClair. He was also an instructor for Texas drum corps in the following years. 

Rudy obtained his Music degree in 2017 from Middle Tennessee State University where he was under the instruction of Lalo Davila, Julie Davila, Dr. Brian Mueller, and Chris Murphree.  He is currently an educator in the South Texas area.
