Rebecca Worthington

Photographer

Rebecca Worthington is a multimedia specialist and photographer from Jonesboro, Arkansas. She is currently a student at Arkansas State University, pursuing a double major in Creative Media Production and Strategic Communications, with a minor in fine art photography. Rebecca specializes in event photography, sports, and the performing arts; if there’s music involved, she’ll be there with a camera in
hand.

Rebecca is excited to join The Cavaliers Media Team for her first season! Over the past year, she has worked as a student photographer for Arkansas State University Marketing, covering a wide range of campus and athletic events. Most recently, she had the honor of documenting Grammy-winning artist Ashley McBryde as she received an honorary doctorate from A-State in May 2025. Rebecca also serves as a photographer for A-State Bands and has taken on freelance creative projects for local band programs in her community.

Rebecca has marched alto saxophone for the past two seasons with A-State’s The Sound of the Natural State marching band and previously served as a drum major for three years in high school.

Having grown up in the band world, Rebecca loves staying connected to the marching arts through photography. Outside of her work, she enjoys thrifting for vintage finds, performing at local music gigs, exploring the outdoors, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
