Kirsten Miller
Kirsten Miller has been dedicated to the marching arts since her high school years at Lake Howell High School in Orlando, Florida, where she performed in the color guard and with Imagination Winter Guard. Following graduation, she marched with Suncoast Sound Drum and Bugle Corps in 1987 and 1988. Kirsten continued her career as a technician until starting her family.
After moving to Chicago in 2011 and marrying her husband Tim Miller, Kirsten returned to the activity when her daughter expressed interest in color guard. She joined the staff at Allegiance Color Guard, progressing from technician to director and ultimately serving as Executive Director. After 13 years of leadership at Allegiance, Kirsten stepped away in May 2025 to focus on family and travel.
Throughout her career, Kirsten has been passionate about leadership, mentoring members and alumni, and creating and designing winter guard shows. She is excited to bring her extensive experience—both on and off the field/floor—to support The Cavaliers in her board service.
