Barbara Bolender

Barbara Bolender has been a member of the CAPE Board of Directors since 2019 and has served on the Governance and Ethics & Compliance Committees. After being in high school and college marching band, her passion for the activity and friendships with Cavalier friends led her to become a valued member of our board. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northern Kentucky University, as well as a juris doctor from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. She also earned a master of business administration degree from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also a member of the Kentucky Bar Association and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, and became a certified life and business coach in the Coach Training Alliance.

Ms. Bolender is the Founder, CEO of Enlighten Consulting LLC, an HR and management consulting firm. She resides in the Las Vegas area and enjoys cooking for friends, spending time with her rescue dogs, Star and Blue, and is a fan of the Las Vegas Golden Knights, Las Vegas Raiders, and Cincinnati Bengals.
