WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO SOMEONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN JOINING CHROMIUM WINDS?

To just go for it and practice the music they give you and be dedicated. Be willing to take constructive criticism and apply that if you were to receive a callback, and all-in-all just have fun!
