Hobbies: I like to pick up new instruments when given the opportunity, and I enjoy conducting; I plan on furthering my studies of conducting next year through an academicly-based independent study. I also enjoy art, specifically drawing and sculpting.

What advice would you give to someone who is interested in joining Chromium Winds?

Don't be nervous going into your audition. Be open to trying new things and receiving a lot of constructive criticism; you won't be the only one feeling a little bit vulnerable or exposed, so don't sweat it if you make a mistake or two. All of the staff are on your side; they're there to help you and to make sure you're performing to the best of your ability!
