Today’s members don’t take the field alone. They carry the weight and pride of every alum who ever wore the green. They are the temporary custodians of a flame that you helped ignite, serving as the bridge between our storied past and the brothers yet to arrive.

Our Next Chapter

History provides our foundation, but our future is built on vision and action. We are currently in a pivotal chapter of strategic rebuilding and revitalization, with a unified vision of returning to medal-contending status.

There is a palpable energy flowing through the organization right now. We are capitalizing on a renewed sense of purpose with strong and committed artistic, educational, and administrative leadership. All efforts are focused on ensuring the Green Machine is equipped to compete for the next 78 years.

This chapter of rebuilding is all about:

• Elevating the Member Experience. We’re investing in world-class instruction, exceptional experiences, and the health, safety, and tight-knit community of our performers.

• Operational Strength. Modernizing our infrastructure to ensure every aspect of the summer, logistically and operationally, is as professional, enjoyable, and efficient as the show on the field.

• Cultivating the Future. Strengthening our organizational roots and resources to ensure that the standards of the past and the innovations of the future are not only maintained, but sustained and grown.

We are prepared to define the next era of the marching arts, and the next iteration of what it means to be a Cavalier.

The Cavaliers have always been fueled by the passion of those who marched before them. Our alumni are the living bridge between our storied past, and our bright future. Sustaining our current momentum begins with our brothers standing with us.

The Opportunity

We’ve done the research, and know what it takes to Sustain The Brotherhood, Invest In A Higher Standard, and Secure Our Legacy. Raising 650K-700K per year for the next three years will empower us to invest in our growth:

• Top design, instructional and artistic talent.

• Not just keeping up with the trends- setting them.

• Creating exceptional, lifelong experiences for our members.

• Remaining at the forefront of health and safety in drum corps.

• Equipment is properly maintained.

• Administrative staff is equipped with what they need.

• Our brand and reputation remain distinguished.

• Dues are kept manageable, expenses responsible and targeted, and reserves grow.

We’re leaning on you: our brothers who have worn the uniform, donned the gears, sung the songs, and screamed our battle cry. This is OUR corps, and OUR opportunity. Today’s members pay dues that cover under half the cost of our operating expenses. Additional support from all generations of Cavaliers mean we can return to contention, provide the best experiences possible for current members, and maintain our legacy.

Events such as our home show and our bourbon raffle, and corporate and foundation donations from partners like Rosemont will continue. But, to get to where we want to go, we have a gap to fill. This is where we need your help.
