The DCI Early Bird Drawings

In honor of the 2025 Drum Corps International World Championships, we’re raffling THREE special drum corps-themed collections, each containing rare bottles that coincide with world-class drum corps. These will be raffled on August 9th from Lucas Oil Stadium during DCI Finals (time TBD).

There will be three winners: One will win the bottles coinciding with the corps who place 16th - 20th, another will win the 9th - 15th place bottles, and the third will win bottles representing the top 8 drum corps.

Our organization seeks to empower individuals who value inclusivity, camaraderie, and personal excellence. We provide a unique culture and set of experiences that help young people develop the leadership skills required to have a positive impact on their community and equip them for personal and professional success.

Naturally, you may have questions! The contest entry rules can be found on the bottom of this page, but here are some key Q&A’s:

May I purchase more than one ticket? YES! The more you purchase, the better your chances. No purchase limit applies while sufficient tickets are available; a maximum of 3000 tickets will be sold, although the actual number sold may be significantly less.
Do I need to be present to win? NO. There will be a LIVE drawing held on Sunday, September 14th, 2024 at 7:00 PM CDT in Rosemont, IL. The drawing will be live-streamed on our Facebook page, facebook.com/thecavaliers. For more information, visit the bottom of this page or email us at bourbonraffle@cavaliers.org.
How are the ticket purchases handled? Purchases are made through our partner website, GiveSmart. GiveSmart specializes in event fundraising online.

2025 raffle RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Cavaliers Arts, Performance & Education (CAPE) is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity EIN 23-7449578. This raffle is licensed by the Village of Rosemont, IL and is available upon written request.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tickets.

Tickets go on sale Thursday, July 24, 2025. Ticket sales will end Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 11:59PM CDT. Only 3000 tickets will be available.

There will be a LIVE drawing held on Sunday, September 14th, 2025 at 7:00 PM CDT in Rosemont, IL 60018 and will be live-streamed at facebook.com/thecavaliers. You do not need to be present to win.
There will also be a live Early Bird Drawing of 3 collections held on Saturday, August 9th, 2025 at approximately 10:00 PM CDT and will be live-streamed at facebook.com/thecavaliers.

There will be two Grand Prize winners. There will be 33 additional prize winners. An email receipt for your purchase of raffle ticket(s) will be sent immediately, with a confirmation email to follow. Your entry number and full name will serve as your raffle ticket entry identifier and for your initial and any subsequent entries you make; physical raffle tickets will not be mailed. Each raffle ticket is a separate and equal chance to win one of the bourbon prize packages. Once a ticket has been drawn, it shall not be eligible to have another chance at one of the other prize packages. Receipt and/or transaction numbers should not be confused with raffle entry (ticket) numbers.

WE DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING OF ALCOHOL.

Signature and valid photo ID for proof of age will be required upon pickup or delivery of Raffle prizes. Items must either be picked up at our offices at 9501 Technology Blvd., Suite 3300, Rosemont, IL 60018 ph: 847.447.3204 or, in certain cases, the items may be delivered in person by staff, board members, or volunteers, with the permission of the winner and where legal.

No purchase limit applies while sufficient tickets are available. A maximum of 3000 tickets will be sold, although the actual number sold may be less. Void where participation is prohibited by law. Refunds are not permitted under state law. Employees or Board of Directors members of The Cavaliers Arts, Performance & Education, Inc. (CAPE) are prohibited from participation or receiving prizes. All proceeds benefit CAPE, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

This date and all other dates stated in these rules may be extended at the absolute discretion of CAPE. Tickets may sell out before the end date. The winning tickets will be drawn via a third party random number generation program containing names and numbers of all eligible raffle tickets.

These official contest rules may not be waived, modified, or supplemented unless such waiver, modification or supplementation is made in writing by The Cavaliers Arts, Performance & Education, Inc. (CAPE) of Rosemont, IL. CAPE does not/cannot provide tax, legal or accounting advice. Amounts paid for tickets do not qualify as deductible charitable contributions. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these rules.
