Bob Inch is the Vice President Finance & Technology at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest Indiana based in Merrillville, Indiana. Holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration as well as a Masters of Business Administration with a Business Management concentration, Bob brings a strong business and not-for-profit background to The Cavaliers' Board of Directors.

Bob’s past experience also includes extensive accounting and fiscal management working for such companies as the Chicago Tribune Media Group and Homer, Wilson and Company, CPAs.

Bob started his journey with The Cavaliers back in 1973 joining the Cavalier Cadets as a drummer and then moving up to his beloved “A” corps in 1977 (carrying a timpani, nonetheless). Bob also enjoyed a year performing with the 60th CAC888, culminating in an exhibition performance at the DCI Semi Finals at the 2008 World Championships in Bloomington, Indiana.

He has long been volunteering with the corps and can be found each spring completing shoe fittings for the brass and percussion sections...he sometimes responds to the name of Thom McAn during these times. Bob can also be found cheering on the Chicago Blackhawks or fumbling through a round of golf with his son, Cameron.
